Ordering

Placing an order with us is straightforward. Once you have added products to your basket and completed checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. If there are any issues with processing your payment, we will contact you immediately to resolve the matter.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to make delivery simple and reliable. All items are shipped using trusted premium carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to receive the item and then return it to us in line with our returns policy.

Liability

We will not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or supply chain disruptions.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products.

Consumer Rights & Distance Selling Regulations

As a consumer, you have statutory rights under UK law, including the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (also known as Distance Selling Regulations).

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
