Returns Policy

90-Day Return Window
You may return any unused items in their original condition and packaging within 90 days of receiving your order.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 90 days, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Crafted Cycles will cover the return postage for defective items.
  • Once received, we will send a replacement or provide an alternative resolution if a replacement is unavailable.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
  • Custom painted items
  • Special order items
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the return postage cost on all non-defective items.
 
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@craftedcycles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, please send the item to:

Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return and process your refund promptly.
Ensure your parcel is securely packaged and retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is unused and in its original condition.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund.
  • If the item shows signs of use, we will be unable to issue a refund and may return the item to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is processed.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before funds are cleared.

Exchanges

For new and unused items, we can accept exchanges, depending on the specific item.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product and we will confirm whether an exchange is possible for that item.

Returning items

To return a product, please post it to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return postage costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

  • If returning an item of higher value, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note: we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Any returns that do not reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
