Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refunds and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-painted or personalised frames/parts

Fitted components and consumables once used (e.g. tyres, inner tubes, chains, cassettes, bar tape, brake pads)

Clothing items such as bib shorts, base layers, socks, and helmets if worn (due to hygiene and safety regulations)

Sale items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a set number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is processed.

Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before funds are cleared.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@craftedcycles.co.uk and send your item to:

Returning items

You are responsible for paying your own return postage costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If returning an item of higher value, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note: we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Any returns that do not reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
