- Crafted Cycles will cover the return postage for defective items.
- Once received, we will send a replacement or provide an alternative resolution if a replacement is unavailable.

Ensure your parcel is securely packaged and retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
- If approved, we will issue a refund.
- If the item shows signs of use, we will be unable to issue a refund and may return the item to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 5 working days:

Exchanges
Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product and we will confirm whether an exchange is possible for that item.

You are responsible for paying your own return postage costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If returning an item of higher value, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note: we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Any returns that do not reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
